    Being new to mobility I had no idea what to expect but decided to pop into Hendy to find out. From the minute we walked in we were greeted from polite staff and shown to Lee Harris who made us a cuppa and explained the whole system in a way that was so easy to understand. There was no hard selling techniques just good customer service making sure we were aware of our options and we returned later in the week to complete all the paperwork. We were given an expected date and Lee was very good at keeping us updated and went above and beyond to get us a good price for our trade in car. I picked the car up yesterday and again was greeted and looked after while there, finishing with Lucy going through all the car features with me. We are very happy with Hendy and thank them for making the process so simple!

    This was our second purchase at Hendy Ford, Portsmouth and to be completely honest, we travelled from London as our local Ford dealerships have been a waste of time to deal with. Billy and his team however have been constantly good. Right from choosing our vehicle and then keeping in touch with progress and documentation etc. Our new Ford Mustang was ordered back in December and kept a secret from my wife. On the 1st September Billy laid on a presentation of flowers and wine and then unveiled our stunning car. It was a fantastic moment and I can't thank Billy enough. It's worth traveling to this place if you want an all round good purchasing experience.
